Job DescriptionBenefits: We are looking for a responsible and driven Home Care Administrator to help manage day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about serving the community. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior experience? Responsibilities: • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks, • Coordinate and schedule caregiver shifts and client visits, • Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families in a timely and professional manner, • Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation, • Ensure compliance with state and agency policies, • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of caregivers, • Monitor care plans and service delivery for quality and consistency, • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus), • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, • Comfortable with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.), • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, • Bilingual (English and Spanish ) preferred, • Previous home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required we are willing to train!
