Job DescriptionJob Title: Industrial PainterJob Description As an Industrial Painter, you will perform various tasks on the production line including hanging and unhanging parts, masking, part dry off, spraying, and packing. You will learn to operate and maintain the paint line, and assist in the movement of component parts to the production area and of finished parts to the next operation. Reading blueprints and bills of materials to ensure proper parts are being produced is a crucial part of the role. You will also be responsible for scanning into and out of work orders correctly and recording accurate counts of welded assemblies. This position does not require coding skills and utilizes the mill as a drill press with a digital readout. Responsibilities • Manually load parts into the HAAS VF2 Mill., • Clamp necessary tooling into the vice., • Operate the mill using digital readout features., • Change tooling as required., • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints., • Experience with HAAS VF2 Mill operations.., • Familiarity with using calipers and micrometers., • Experience with CNC machines., • Ability to perform setup and operation of milling machines.
