Licensing Requirements (Full Licensing Required) Active Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start in the office. Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting. Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process. What Youll Do • Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach, • Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline, • Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps, • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies, • Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies, • Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results, • Collaborate with team members to exceed agency growth targets, • Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals, • Confidence handling objections and closing business, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • High level of organization and disciplined follow-up, • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and fast-paced production expectations, • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred, • Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses, • Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production, • Full licensing support and structured onboarding, • Ongoing sales training and professional development
