They go above and beyond to make sure their employees and clients are receiving the best from them. -Current Employee, Boise, Idaho What we are looking for: • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible., • High school diploma., • Graduate of a state-approved CHHA program, • Access to reliable transportation., • Ability to remain in the client's home for extended live-in shifts, • Mandatory: Current, active certification: Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing., • Mandatory: Current, active certification: CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)., • Seeking coverage in multiple counties in South Jersey (Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May).Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Care Services Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Provide incontinence care and support skin integrity Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning Perform rangeofmotion exercises as directed by the supervising RN Home Management & Daily Living Support Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Support household routines and daily structure Companionship & Client Engagement Provide social interaction and emotional support Encourage participation in activities, hobbies, and cognitive engagement Offer respite support to family caregivers when applicable HealthRelated Tasks (Within NJ CHHA Scope of Practice) Provide medication reminders (no medication administration) Monitor and report changes in condition to the supervising RN Record vital signs Document daily care activities accurately and promptly Salary Range (negotiable): • Entry level: 18.00 to 20.00, • Experienced: 20.00 to 26.00
