Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Information Security Analyst - Technology & Cyber Issues Reporting and Insights LeadAlternate/Related Job Titles: Cybersecurity Risk Analyst Technology Risk Analyst Cyber GRC Analyst Information Security Governance Analyst Technology & Cyber Issues Reporting LeadLocation: Mount Laurel, NJOnsite Flexibility: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote; 4 days in office anticipated in 2026)Contract Details: • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: 8 months, • Start: As Soon As Possible, • Produce recurring issues management reporting for Technology Risk Committees, Cyber Governance forums, operational risk committees, and senior leadership/board reporting, • Create standardized portfolio views including issue aging (by severity, domain, owner), SLA breaches, overdue CAPs, open vs. closed trends, reopen rates, and recurring control gaps3LoD Alignment & Reporting Integrity, • Integrate and normalize reporting across 1LoD (control owners), 2LoD (cyber GRC/operational risk oversight), and 3LoD (internal audit), • Ensure consistent “language of risk” including severity tiers, materiality thresholds, and taxonomy alignment, • Maintain defensible classification between issue, control gap, and improvement itemControl Gap & Issues Trend Analysis, • Identify systemic issues, recurring failures, and concentration risks, • Analyze themes across domains (IAM, VM, SOC, Cloud, AppSec, Data Protection), technology types, and control families, • Develop forward-looking risk insights and root cause analysisExecutive Narratives & Committee Readouts, • Translate complex issue data into clear storylines and risk impact narratives, • Develop executive briefing materials and talking points for CISO, CIO, CRO, • Challenge unsupported or inconsistent narratives using data-driven analysisIssues Data Quality & Defensibility, • Own reporting controls and evidence trails, • Perform data reconciliation and quality checks, • Maintain definitions for aging calculations, breach logic, reopen logic, and closure evidence expectationsContinuous Improvement & Automation Enablement, • Improve reporting visuals, templates, and automation feeds (Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC), • Define requirements for dashboards and analytics solutionsRequired Experience:, • 8+ years of experience in cyber/technology risk, issues management, audit reporting, cyber GRC, or enterprise operational risk, • Demonstrated experience building executive reporting packs for issue health, audit/regulatory outcomes, and remediation tracking, • Strong understanding of issues management lifecycle and CAP governance, • Knowledge of issue severity frameworks, risk/control relationships, and materiality concepts, • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlinesNice-to-Have Experience:, • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments, • Experience working in a Three Lines of Defense model, • Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, • Tool exposure: Archer, ServiceNow IRM, MetricStream, Jira, • Power BI or Tableau experience, • Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CISMRequired Skills:, • Cyber and technology risk reporting, • Executive-level storytelling and risk narrative development, • Issues lifecycle and CAP governance expertisePreferred Skills:, • 3LoD operating model experience, • Risk taxonomy and severity framework alignment, • Strong stakeholder influence and executive presence, • BI/reporting tool familiarityAdditional Skills from Original Description:, • Portfolio trend analysis and systemic issue detection, • Committee reporting and governance documentation, • Reporting controls and audit defensibility, • Risk escalation and materiality judgment, • Process governance and delivery rigorBenefits:, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #LI-GTT #LI-Hybrid #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
