Job Description Job Title: Logistics Call Center Representative Job Description Join the dynamic Disruption Management team to play a vital role in resolving driver and carrier issues related to freight movements across North America. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring timely delivery of shipments while collaborating with transportation partners. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding carrier and driver experience by researching and problem-solving in a contact center environment., • Adhere to schedules, including start/stop times and breaks/lunches, while working in a fast-paced environment., • Detect potential system failures regarding pickup, transport, or delivery of customer loads., • Make outbound calls to understand and resolve potential or current failures identified in Amazon systems., • Support workload surges and weather-related operations, including working overtime during high-volume peaks., • Utilize internal systems to gather data from multiple sources for reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectively., • Call center background with experience in making 50-60 calls per day., • Ability to work in an unscripted environment and solve problems independently., • Strong computer skills and tech-savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office., • Capability to navigate multiple systems and tools to find solutions., • Experience in performance-driven roles with a focus on metrics., • 1+ year of call center experience., • Experience in collections, insurance, claims, investigations., • Experience in logistics/transportation industry. This role is 100% onsite/in-office, operating Monday through Friday with an additional overtime day on Saturday or Sunday. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MST. Training consists of one week of classroom instruction followed by a week of mentor training. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
