Job Description • Full-Funnel Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search, Email, Webinars) targeting high-value personas from Amazon brands to IT decision makers, • Multi-Solution Messaging: Master Amazon Ad Tech narrative (PPC, DSP, AI-Optimization) while marketing broader IT automation and enterprise SaaS solutions, • Lead Nurture & Automation: Design and manage automated workflows in HubSpot/Salesforce to move prospects from awareness to sales-ready meetings, • Growth Content: Author high-converting “lead magnets” such as Amazon PPC playbooks, ROI frameworks, and technical one-pagers that demonstrate our solutions’ competitive edge, • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with localized tools including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and case studies, • Performance Analytics: Own reporting on MQLs, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and pipeline attribution to ensure marketing ROIQualifications, • Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS Growth, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing, • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Ads/DSP) highly preferred; quick-study mindset for other IT domains, • Technical Skills: Hands-on mastery of CRM/Automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo) and Paid Social (LinkedIn Campaign Manager), • Strategic Writing: Ability to write sharp, professional ad copy and email sequences that cut through enterprise inbox noise, • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset; use A/B testing to optimize targeting, channels, and messaging Additional Information • Salary: $65,000 – $85,000, based on experience, skillset, and qualifications, • Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus, • Healthcare: No-cost premiums for employee and eligible dependents (medical, dental, vision, prescription), • Retirement: 401(k) with company match
