Visit our website at and Job Title: AP/AR & Billing Specialist Company: Bluetime Location: Somerset NJ (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are looking for an AP/AR Billing Specialist for our Bluetime division located in Somerset, NJ. The AP/AR & Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing invoicing, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely communication with vendors and customers. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, • Generate and send invoices to clients; track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances, • Enter vendor bills, match with POs, and process payments in QuickBooks, • Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks, • Prepare reports on cash flow, aging balances, and billing status using Excel, • Assist with month-end closing and financial audits, • Support the Operations and Finance teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis Requirements • 2+ years of experience in AP/AR or billing role, • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in an ecommerce, wholesale, or vendor-based business, • Familiarity with Monday.com or other workflow/project management tools What We Offer • Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match, • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays, • Health Savings Account (HSA), • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
