Job Description Responsibilities: • Administer tariff duty drawback claims and managed duty dispute resolutions., • Process accounts receivable (AR) and sales reports using QuickBooks., • Manage accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliations, profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, sales backlog reports, purchasing reports, inventory reports, and work order reports within ERP systems., • Conduct monthly reviews, adjusted journal entries, and ensured financial reports complied with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) using ERP systems., • Support the preparation of C corporation tax returns by executing year-end adjustments and closing tax, investment, depreciation, and inventory accounts., • Leverage Microsoft Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced Excel formulas to maintain and import inventory data., • Consolidate year-end intercompany financial statements and executed financial statement adjustments to facilitate company valuation., • Optimize purchasing, inventory, finance, sales, and service procedures within ERP systems., • Review and authorize daily payments from subsidiaries, reporting significant expenditures to the CEO., • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields, • Experience with ERP is a plus, • Experience with current computer accounting programs (Quickbooks) and reporting tools, • Detail and deadline-oriented, • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong academic record Company DescriptionFounded in 1993, Photonics Industries is the pioneer of intracavity harmonic lasers.
