Job Description Summary: Responsible for answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate location, branch, or department. Scanning documents and other related administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to: • Answering the two main phone lines for the company in a friendly and professional manner, • Transferring calls to various branches, locations, and/or departments based on callers request, ensuring that call is routed to appropriate destination, • Utilizing store and property paging system to notify staff of phone calls when necessary, • Answering basic caller queries regarding store hours, address, etc., • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, • Scanning as needed for AP/AR and Credit, • Complete scanning process for all returned merchandise authorization forms Ability to sit for long periods of time and climb stairs Ability to communicate verbally in a clear, concise, and professional manner • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, • Ability to write simple correspondence High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma; or twelve months of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
