Monitors projects / teams to make sure goals, objectives and timelines are being met. Tracks and communicates project status, manages risks and resolves issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality. The target for MST-EA focuses on transition age youth, 17 to 26 years old, transitioning from the group residence into the community. Job Description Job Title: Team Leader, Bronx SRP Job Summary: CASES is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Leader to join our Pretrial Services team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for all operational and programmatic needs for the staff and the clients they serve. You will be tasked with direct supervision and oversight of the Assistant Team Leader and the master's Level and Clinical Staff on the team. In this role, the Team Leader represents their borough as part of the leadership team alongside their Borough Director and may be tasked with specific projects that can arise at different times to assist with the team's overall functioning. CASES’ Supervised Release Program (SRP) annually diverts 7,500 people otherwise facing pretrial detention at Rikers Island to community-based supervision and support services. SRP participants have not been found guilty of a crime and are not mandated to engage in treatment or other services. This requires staff to tactfully deliver approaches to help participants tap into their intrinsic motivation to leverage their strengths and skills for meaningful life improvements while fulfilling all court requirements. Position Summary The Fieldston Lower School (Riverdale Campus) is seeking experienced classroom teachers who are available on an on-call basis to serve as substitute teachers for grades PreK-5th, as well as enrichment classes in physical education, science, Spanish, music, ethics, and arts. The ideal candidates will have strong classroom management skills, familiarity with hands-on teaching practices, relevant experience with elementary school students, and the ability to teach multiple subjects. Substitutes are needed for half day, full day, and extended subbing schedules throughout the school year. The rate for a substitute is $25.00 per hour.
