Humphreys & Partners Architects is seeking a CA Coordinator to join our Construction Administration team. Responsibilities Working directly with project teams, the CA Coordinator will: • Process and distribute incoming RFI’s, submittals, and other related project correspondence via Newforma, Procore, and other similar construction management software tools, • Communicate with the CA field staff, Architecture staff, and external partners regarding project status and construction-related issues, • Maintain favorable working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams, • Attend OAC and internal meetings, as requested, • Assist with production projects, when needed Qualifications • High school diploma required; postsecondary education in Business Administration or Construction Management preferred, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software, • Knowledge of construction terminology and project management software (e.g., Newforma, Procore, PlanGrid) is highly valued, • Strong ability to identify, organize, and prioritize critical tasks, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, • Positive, motivated, and results-driven attitude, • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
