Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for each shift. The Senior Lead Bartender must follow standard operating policies and procedures. Job Description Summary of Position: The FOH Manager will carry all the same responsibilities of a server/bartender along with additional management responsibility.
