This position can be located in any state we have an office and can be fully remote or hybrid. The Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appellate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong trial and appellate capabilities, the ability to take ownership of active matters, and experience in managing and mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff. This role requires someone who can step into existing cases, lead litigation strategy, and oversee all phases of the legal process through appeal.
