You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of advanced skin therapies and participate in ongoing professional development.What We Offer: • Competitive hourly compensation starting at $20 per hour, plus potential quarterly or annual bonuses, • Paid Time Off (accrued after 90 days), • Training opportunities for new services and treatment protocols, • A collaborative, client-focused work environment, • Room for career advancement into leadership, training, or management roles, • Opportunities to enhance your skills with cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare productsKey Responsibilities:, • Perform customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, extractions, and other advanced skincare services, • Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans, • Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend products to optimize results, • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment space, • Collaborate with the clinical and wellness team to ensure outstanding client care, • Document all treatments and progress accurately and confidentially, • Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing educationWhat We’re Looking For:, • Active and unrestricted Esthetician License in Louisiana, • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Esthetician (medical spa experience preferred), • Strong knowledge of professional skincare techniques and products, • A personable, compassionate, and professional demeanor, • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, • Flexibility to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends
