(English first, Chinese Secondary) Who we are: - 6+ years in beauty business specialized in eyebrow tattoos, lips, eyelashes extension. - Expanding business from Brooklyn to Long Island - Expanding markets from Asian to American Requirements: - Fluent in English n writing & speaking, Chinese is preferred! - Fast learner or skillful at video/picture shot, social media for high engagement content. - Experience in TikTok, Instagram, Yelp and other social media platforms, u - Basic bookkeeping, generating and converting lead to appointments, assisting artist for operational need. - Strategical thinking and executing marketing ideas for business expansion. - Beauty related experience is preferred, but not a must. Compensation: - Full time or Part time available - Part time: Base $1200/m with 20-30 video content + Bonus. - Full time: Base $1600/m + bonus structure on content reads/likes/comments/leads/sales) - Opportunity to be store manager/partnership with $9000+ per month with percent of overall sales - W2 or 1099 with basic benefits with 401K

We are looking for a full-time or part-time tattoo artist, who already has a New York State tattoo license, with at least 1 year experience, specialized in fine line style. The artist needs to know how to communicate with the clients, has a good drawing skill, taking care of his/her own station, and keeps the shop clean.

Responsibilities: - Find potential clients (e.g., music artists, businesses, influencers). - Pitch your graphic design and 3D animation services. - Negotiate deals and close sales. - Maintain client relationships for repeat work. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with the creative industry (bonus if you’ve worked with artists or content creators). - Ability to work remotely(1 hour per day) and meet targets. Compensation: - Decide on a commission-based structure (e.g., 20-25% of each deal closed). Skills Required: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in sales, preferably in creative or visual industries. - Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
