Job Description EVENT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Flyspace Productions is a full-service, woman-owned event management and production company. We produce some of the largest festivals and live events in the region, in addition to numerous private, corporate, and community events. We provide our clients with support from a full-service, in-house Production Department that provides technical equipment including concert audio, lighting, truss, and rigging, as well as the largest fleet of Stageline Mobile Stages on the East Coast. Our Creative Department provides exceptional expertise in festival production, event planning, brand activations, and fine art installation. We are seeking Event Operations Assistants to work with us throughout the year. This work includes assisting in a vast array of work including but not limited to general labor, event production, site coordination, art handling, audio assisting, stage assisting, lighting assisting, event support, and theater production. We are responsible for producing more than a dozen festivals and hundreds of other events every year. Our Production Department supports events of all types with full-scale, in-house audio, lighting, video, rigging, and stages including the largest fleet of Stageline Mobile Stages on the East Coast. Our Fine Arts & Exhibition Services department supports galleries, temporary exhibitions, and public art projects through exhibition management, fabrication, installation, and staffing. We are seeking to add a full time Lighting Technician. This person will report to the Lighting Manager and will be responsible for the preparation, transportation, set up, operation, tear down, and maintenance of lighting and electrics equipment including theatrical fixtures, generators and power distribution, and event lighting. Job DescriptionScreen Printing Technician As a Screen Printing and Laser Technician, you'll be a key player in bringing our flex circuits to life. You'll be responsible for the precise application of materials onto flexible substrates and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. Responsibilities: * Set up and operate screen printing and laser equipment for flex circuit production. * Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to specifications. * Monitor print quality, register, and material thickness throughout the production process. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on screen printing equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards. * Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Screen Printer, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related field. Artistic or graphic experience is also applicable. * Strong understanding of screen printing principles, techniques, and materials. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with rigid-flex assembly is a plus!
