Position Overview The Landscape Sales/Designer role blends creativity with sales performance. This position is responsible for designing visually stunning outdoor living spaces within natural environments while achieving sales goals and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate balances artistic vision with business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Requirements:Responsibilities and Duties • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals., • Record all leads and sales in industry CRM’s., • Respond promptly to customer communications following the 5:10 rule:, • Same-day response for messages received before 5:00 PM, • By 10:00 AM the next business day for after-hours inquiries, • Create professional, to-scale CAD designs that clearly communicate design intent to clients., • Develop accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts., • Review job costing to ensure project profitability., • Ensure all contracts are executed and required deposits are collected., • Conduct final walk-throughs of completed landscape opportunities., • Offer full-service or horticulture contracts., • Maintain a professional appearance while wearing New Garden logoed apparel., • Demonstrate “The New Garden Way” through daily actions and interactions., • Attendance in networking opportunities Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years combined experience in landscape design and sales., • Energetic and personable, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships., • Highly organized across personal workspace, company vehicle, time management, and information tracking., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Coachable, accountable, and goal-oriented., • Strong ability to balance creativity with attention to detail., • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision., • Reliable attendance and punctuality., • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
