Job DescriptionSenior Fashion DesignerLocation: Greensboro, NC Reports to: Design DirectorAbout the RoleA fast-growing contemporary fashion brand is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to play a pivotal role in its dynamic design team. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the development of innovative seasonal collections, support cross-functional collaboration, and influence the future direction of the brand’s product vision. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a creative and entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities • 8+ years of experience in a designer role within the Ready-to-Wear or contemporary market, • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (BFA or BA), • Strong hand and digital sketching skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, • Deep knowledge of RTW product categories including wovens, knits, outerwear, and novelty, • Exceptional sense of color, trend, and fashion styling, • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills, • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, • Proven ability to balance creative design with business goals and brand DNA, • Passionate team player who thrives in collaborative settings, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience and qualifications), • Annual performance-based bonus potential, • Comprehensive healthcare plan (Medical, Dental, Vision), • 401(k) program with potential employer matching, • Generous employee product allotment and discount program, • Relocation assistance available #PS1

This position will be responsible for overseeing fashion and timepiece sales performance, fashion and timepiece merchandise launch executions, implementing fashion and timepiece product education provided by Signet, and developing training plans to improve areas of opportunity for store as a whole.
