JOB SUMMARY As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking items to the highest quality standards, be a creative and enthusiastic bartender, and provide a friendly and hospitable guest experience. Working closely with the kitchen team, you will contribute to the overall success of the hotel's dining experience by delivering delicious and visually appealing food & beverage options. Responsibilities • Responsible for food preparations tasks, keeping up with our changing menu., • Plan and present bar menu; take accurate orders and provide high-quality service and verify identification in accordance to state/federal laws and regulations., • Assess guests needs and preferences, making recommendations/accommodations, as needed., • Collect payment, balance receipts, and run reports following hotel policies and procedures., • Manage, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies, • Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures., • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period., • Maintains a clean, tidy, and sanitary work environment at all times., • Stores and rotates all products properly., • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed., • Complies to rules and supports the manager or supervisor on duty., • Not a full-service kitchen, mainly continental with prepping needs., • Other duties, as assigned by Management., • Servsafe Certification preferred * Qualifications • A minimum of 1 years of experience is required or certificate of completion for Culinary in kitchen preparation and cooking or any experience with volume production., • Clear communication skills, works well under supervision., • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds., • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time., • Standing for long periods of time, • Bending, • Kneeling, • Walking The Carroll Companies is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
