Job Description We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Developer. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and nurture leads with the goal of generating high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales process by engaging potential clients, uncovering opportunities, and helping to build a strong pipeline of new business. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience), • Commission and Performance Bonus Opportunities, • Health Insurance, • 401(k) with 3% match, • Life Insurance Key Responsibilities • Prospect and contact potential clients daily via phone, email, handwritten notes, and direct mail to establish rapport and schedule meetings, • Qualify leads to ensure legitimate interest and need for cleaning services prior to sales appointments, • Manage and vet all inbound and outbound lead flow to optimize productivity for the Sales Team, • Maintain and update sales activity in CRM (Salesforce preferred) to ensure accuracy and consistency, • Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services teams to execute marketing strategies in targeted geographic or industry segment, • Conduct market research to identify and target successful verticals for new business opportunities, • Support and participate in team meetings and regular one-on-one sessions with the Outside Sales Team, • Contribute to achieving sales revenue goals for new accounts, supplies, and special services, • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns, • Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by management Requirements • 3+ years of experience in cold calling and inside sales, • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft 365, smartphones, and mobile applications, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain professional under pressure, • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision and ambiguity, • Strong leadership qualities and a solution-oriented mindset Preferred Attributes • Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management, • Proven success in customer-facing roles, • Ability to lead team meetings and coach peers Sourced. is hiring on behalf of this company.
