Job DescriptionJob Type: Part-time, hourly Location: Greensboro, NC (On-site)Schedule: 20 Hours over Monday (6 hrs.), Thursday (4 hrs.), Friday (4 hrs.), Saturday (6 hrs.)Position Summary: Working in a team-oriented environment and with minimal supervision, you will play a key role in supporting order fulfillment and merchandise functions. This includes accurately pulling orders, preparing merchandise, and assisting various departments in serving both internal and external customers. You’ll also handle Customer Care and Showroom pull requests, support order fulfillment, and assist with imaging, attributing, piece verification, and other descriptive tasks. Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are essential in this role. What You'll Do: • Sort and prioritize pull requests, whether initiated via print or handheld scanner, with immediate attention to Showroom, eBay, Amazon, Air Shipments, and high-value orders over $1,000., • Locate and pull pieces to fulfill pull requests or printed orders, verifying accuracy in pattern name, piece type, size, quantity, and quality, including large specialty orders., • Retrieve and deliver China, Crystal, Flatware, Collectibles, Hollowware, and other products for Customer Care and the Showroom through system-generated pull requests., • Provide responses to requesting agents or Customer Care Liaisons as needed to support accurate customer file notations and resolutions., • Maintain service levels established by management for timely product pulling and delivery to key departments., • Inspect pieces for any visible damage that may have been missed in the initial inspection and grading process after pulling and/or delivering., • Preserve inventory integrity by performing necessary Inventory Maintenance transactions in ORION or relaying updates to Inventory Control., • Clean products after delivering them to Showroom associates or Imaging., • Organize and straighten shelves while pulling inventory to maintain accuracy and order., • Communicate with leadership and team members to identify and resolve inventory issues within assigned areas., • Track individual production stats for pulling tasks and report to management., • Verify that shelving product matches the details on receipt paperwork, including pattern name, piece type, quantity, and quality, and resolve any discrepancies., • Process damaged stock according to established procedures., • Place products onto prepping carts or shelves as needed, ensuring proper placement in assigned locations., • Use a tablet to email Customer Care Liaison with pertinent information such as photos, sizes, and measurements from the shelf., • Assist the Shelving Department or other departments as assigned by a Supervisor., • Support additional tasks and projects as required.Position Requirements:, • Strong product knowledge, appropriate to the level of the position., • Ability to operate specialized inventory computer systems, including the Optical Pattern Identifier, at the required proficiency level., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and manage daily work activities independently., • Attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and accurately distinguish product differences., • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting., • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment., • Basic computer skills., • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English., • Well-organized work habits and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace., • Adherence to all safety regulations., • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods., • Frequent ability to safely push, pull, and climb ladders., • Frequent ability to safely push and pull product carts., • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and safely team-carry heavier items., • A strong commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.Physical & Safety Requirements (Warehouse Environment): Can work on-site in a busy warehouse. * Can stand and walk for most of the shift; can bend, stoop, reach, and kneel frequently. * Can climb and work from ladders safely as needed. * Can push and pull product carts and operate manual/electric pallet jacks regularly. * Can lift and carry up to 25 lbs independently and team-lift items over 25 lbs. * Can maintain clear, organized work areas; break down boxes and manage packing/recycling materials. * Must wear required PPE and follow all posted safety procedures; report hazards or incidents promptly.
