Qualifications * 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required). * Proven experience implementing or managing an ERP system. * Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices. * Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work on-site at the Glen Cove headquarters at least four days per week.
