Role Summary: The Regional Executive Chef (REC) takes ownership for the overall success of the evolving, dynamic and innovative Food Program. The REC provides high level culinary expertise, creativity, and project support to the Culinary department, managing, implementing and supporting all food related programs in a multi-unit operation and within multiple sites across the region.
