Draft and review a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, legal memorandums and discovery., 3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal matters., 4. Represent clients in court proceedings., 5. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop effective legal strategies., 6. Regularly communicate with clients to keep them updated on their cases., 7. Maintain compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department., 3. Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Florida (FL)., 4. Strong experience in legal writing is required., 5. Prior federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred., 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team., 8. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively resolve disputes., 9.
