This individual will oversee a group of District Managers (5-8 direct reports) and provide guidance, strategy, and oversight to ensure operational excellence across multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. The Regional Director will serve as a key driver of honeygrow's growth, profitability, and brand consistency, while also fostering a positive and inclusive company culture. This role requires a strong blend of operational expertise, strategic planning, and leadership development, with a focus on elevating teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all restaurants in the region.
