Job Requirements: • Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time, • Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff, • Responsible for all repairs being completed correctly and following all OEM procedures, • Schedule all sublet work on time, • Maintain information within estimating software to reflect vehicles' current repair status, • Quality control all work and provide feedback and coaching to both the technician team and paint team, • Estimate drive in appointment as well as "walk in" customers and complete repair plans Skills, Qualifications & Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age, • Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive collision repair, • Ability to effectively communicate with others, • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders, • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments, • PA Appraisers License We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
