Job Description: • Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or hospice facilities, • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized end-of-life care plans, • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides, • Administer medications, manage symptoms, and perform wound care as needed, • Offer emotional and educational support to patients and families regarding disease progression and comfort measures, • Accurately document visits and maintain compliance with hospice standards and agency protocols, • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned and ensure timely communication of patient status changes Education & Certification Requirements:, • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho (or compact state license), • Current AHA BLS certification, • Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice RN experience required, • Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, pain management, and symptom control Apply Today!
