Job Description ABOUT OUR ROLE The Barista is responsible for creating exceptional guest focused Barista to provide experiences through the preparation and service of high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items. This role combines product knowledge, efficiency, and hospitality to ensure every guest interaction is welcoming, accurate, and memorable. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to brand standards, • Provide friendly, engaging, and personalized service to all guests, • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, • Operate POS system accurately for orders and transactions, • Educate guests on menu offerings, including seasonal and specialty items, • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met, • Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management, • Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment care, • Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred (but not required), • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, • Basic math and cash handling skills, • Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays REQUIREMENTS • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events., • Ability to lift and move items up to 25–50 pounds such as tables, chairs, and banquet equipment., • Ability to bend, reach, and carry items as needed for event setup and breakdown.
