Join our team as a Downstream Operator, where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet top-quality standards. What You’ll Do • Operate standard tools and measuring devices to verify product quality, • Neatly and evenly wrap finished products around reels, • Perform quality checks throughout the production process, • Cut conduit using hand and power tools, • Inspect packaging and labeling prior to final inspectionWhat We’re Looking For, • At least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic inspection techniques, • Experience in machine operation, assembly, or general labor is a plusWork Environment, • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then alternate), • Alternating weekly hours: 48 hours one week, 36 hours the next, • Casual, team-oriented atmosphere The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Job DescriptionDescription: OFS Facility Operations | Flowback & Surface Pressure Control Equipment Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work one of its facilities in Casper, WY. Production personnel will be tasked with a wide range of operational duties based on competency and placement. Operational duties include, but are not limited to: equipment receiving and inspection, equipment assembly and mobilization preparation, equipment repair and maintenance, washing, painting, lubricating, testing, general facility organization and maintenance, etc. Working background with flowback and surface pressure control equipment is preferred, but not a requirement. The Production Technician position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
