We offer a full scope of styling services—from wardrobe edits and personal shopping to travel, event styling, and complete transformations—delivered through a seamless, highly personalized experience. About the Role We’re hiring a Personal Stylist to create and drive a high-touch, highly personalized styling experience. You’ll be on the front line, guiding clients through our services while partnering closely with our team to ensure every detail—from wardrobe strategy to execution—is handled seamlessly. Our clients are high-performing leaders with demanding schedules, elevated standards, and little tolerance for friction. The ideal candidate understands how to operate at that level—intuitively grasping client goals, anticipating needs before they’re expressed, and translating lifestyle, pressures, and preferences into a thoughtful, efficient styling experience. You are customer-focused, polished, and proactive, with a strong sense of empathy, maturity, and confidence in your point of view—bringing both a high level of service and your own expertise to every client interaction (with just the right amount of personality). Who You Are • A natural leader and operator who can confidently take ownership of the client experience—guiding decisions, managing moving pieces, and maintaining momentum even in fast-paced or ambiguous situations, • Highly comfortable being “live” and client-facing, whether on Zoom, in person, or in high-touch environments—showing up with presence, polish, and confidence, • Service-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients at once while delivering a thoughtful, seamless, and highly personalized experience for each, • Intuitive and perceptive, able to quickly understand a client’s lifestyle, preferences, and pressures—and translate that into clear, relevant styling solutions., • A strong point of view in style, with a well-developed eye for fit, proportion, and brand alignment—paired with the judgment to know what will work best for each individual client, • Naturally relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust quickly and connect with clients in a way that feels genuine, elevated, and lasting, • Proactive and solutions-focused, anticipating needs before they are expressed and consistently looking for ways to make the client experience more efficient and effortless Responsibilities • Own and deliver a seamless, high-touch, end-to-end client experience for clients, ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful, efficient, and elevated, • Serve as the primary point of contact between AC Styles and the client, leading all communication with clarity, professionalism, and confidence across Zoom, Slack, and email, • Lead and facilitate all 1:1 client sessions, guiding conversations, making recommendations, and driving decisions in a way that feels effortless and well-directed, • Develop and execute a personalized wardrobe strategy for each client, aligning with their lifestyle, goals, preferences, and professional image, • Source and curate a highly intentional assortment of pieces that reflect the client’s needs, budget, and overall wardrobe direction, • Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively listening, interpreting feedback, and translating it into refined, relevant styling solutions while maintaining detailed client records, • Design and deliver polished client lookbooks featuring complete, head-to-toe outfits with clear styling direction and rationale, • Manage and resolve client questions, feedback, or escalations with composure and sound judgment, delivering solutions that reinforce trust and confidence, • Work cross-functionally with the team to ensure all operational details—including shipments, returns, and logistics—are handled smoothly and without friction Expectations • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions, ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and fully taken care of throughout their experience, • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends, ensuring a responsive and high-touch client experience, • Strong adaptability and discernment, with the ability to balance a client’s existing style preferences while thoughtfully guiding them toward elevated, strategic wardrobe choices, • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, polished, and personalized interactions across email, video, and messaging platforms, • High level of ownership and accountability in a self-managed, project-based environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain consistent delivery without direct oversight Requirements • 4+ years of relevant experience in personal styling, wardrobe consulting, or a fashion-based client service role, with a strong preference for experience working directly with clients in real-life settings (not solely editorial or merchandising), • Demonstrated ability to style real clients with varying body types, lifestyles, and professional needs, with a strong understanding of fit, proportion, and how clothing translates beyond mannequins or photos, • Well-informed on current fashion, brands, and market offerings across apparel, footwear, and accessories, with the ability to translate trends into practical, wearable solutions for clients (knowledge of hair and beauty is a plus), • Strong technical proficiency and comfort operating in a fully remote environment, including a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to navigate multiple digital tools seamlessly, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client workflows, communications, and deliverables concurrently, • Bonus: Experience working with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, Canva, Garmentier, Mailchimp, or similar platforms What are some of the perks? • Mentorship & Professional Growth – Work closely within a high-performance environment where you’ll deepen your expertise in styling, client strategy, and delivering measurable results.
