Psychotherapist (MHC-LP) to report to an LMHC Roots & Branches Therapy is a Brooklyn-based group practice offering in-person group, individual, and couples therapy at Grand Army Plaza and virtually. Program Overview CAMBA’s Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) program provides food services, including prepared meals, pantry bags, food vouchers, and nutritional counseling services to approximately 300 HIV positive New Yorkers and their minor children, that meet the financial eligibility threshold. Clients meet with our Registered Dietitians and receive Individual Nutritional Counseling and Group Nutritional Education. Each client completes a Comprehensive Treatment Plan, specifically geared to their unique nutritional needs and health goals.
