Grants and Finance Manager Make an impact in behavioral health finance. University Behavioral Associates (UBA), a subsidiary of Montefiore Einstein, is seeking a Grants and Finance Manager to oversee the financial administration of diverse grants and contracts totaling $50+ million annually. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in complex, mission‑driven environments. You’ll join a team of 250+ staff members supporting programs that improve mental and behavioral health across New York. What You’ll Do • Lead financial oversight of multiple grants and contracts, • Ensure compliance with GAAP and sponsor requirements, • Manage budgets, claims, invoices, and receivables, • Prepare financial reports and support audits, • Partner with senior leadership to maintain fiscal integrity What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred), • 7+ years of experience in Finance, Grants, or Accounting, • Strong knowledge of GAAP and grant accounting, • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday, Strata, HCM, INFOR, etc., • Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: Tarrytown, NY (with periodic travel to Bronx offices) Work Schedule: M- F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Range: $96,000.00-$120,000.00 Join us and help ensure financial excellence in programs that make a real difference in our communities.
