SALES PROFESSIONAL, NEW YORK METRO TEAM We are immediately hiring an experienced, territory SALES PROFESSIONAL, industry o drive business growth across throughout NEW YORK METRO areas, with a home base location of WESTCHESTER / SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT. If you're passionate about flooring or tiling installation systems, and have a customer-first, solution driven mindset, we want to hear from you. Daily territory travel including some overnight. This is a field sales position with daily territory travel including some overnight. Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus). Responsibilities: • Drive Sales Growth of ARDEX and Henry products, • Generate Leads and win new business opportunities, • Promote Products through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays, • Build Relationships with partner distributors, specialist flooring/tiling contractors, general contractors, architects, and key business influencers., • Field Service & Support including job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor/installer training, • Technical Expertise and technical recommendations, liaising with our technical team for resources and solutions, • Achieve Targets and exceed goals, • Collaborate with corporate resources (Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics) to deliver exceptional service to ARDEX customers New York Metro Team territory includes: • The State of Connecticut, • Metropolitan New York including New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island), • Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties), • New York State counties: Westchester, Orange, and Rockland What you'll bring to ARDEX • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience is essential. Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems is required., • Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements is essential., • High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement, • High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused, • Must be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionally, • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight., • Able to operate non power and power tools. Good mechanical or hands-on skills to meet the needs of intensive and physically demanding field support and service, • Able to lift to 70 pounds on occasion, with a carrying capability of 55 pounds., • Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience., • Demonstrates our company values; Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging.
