What You Will Do: In this role, you will shape the experience of everyone who enters our Showroom, creating thoughtful, memorable moments that are distinctly Western. Collaborating across teams, you will help deliver experiences that resonate with clients both in our space and beyond. You will also steward Western’s brand across every customer touchpoint, bringing ideas to life with consistency, warmth, and authenticity. This is a fully on-site role requiring daily presence in the workplace. Concierge & Front-of-House Experience: • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, delivering a consistently warm, polished, and professional welcome., • Represent the company brand through exceptional hospitality, presence, and responsiveness—because first impressions matter. Showroom & Office Operations: • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and daily operations of the Showroom to ensure it is always client ready., • Manage office supply and refreshment inventories, including snacks, paper goods, coffee, floral arrangements and stationery., • Maintain and coordinate Showroom equipment and operations, including printers, copiers, plotters, and related lease agreements (with a 120-day transition plan)., • Oversee lockers, parking passes, and building communication to the team., • Provide day-to-day operational support, including answering phones, managing email inquiries, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages for U.S. Mail and FedEx shipments., • Serve as a reliable resource for employees, clients, and leadership. Meetings, Events & Experiences: • Define goals, budgets, timelines, and priorities to deliver exceptional internal and external Showroom experiences for meetings and presentations., • Support the planning and coordination of client experiences and special events., • Coordinate logistics for company-wide and leadership meetings, including food, materials, and on-site resources. Programs & Partnerships: • Manage the Furniture Loan Program, ensuring accurate tracking, coordination, and client satisfaction., • Identify, research, and explore partnerships with local artists and artisans to support collaborative Showroom displays and experiences. Facilities & Building Coordination: • Serve as the primary contact for building work orders, suite maintenance requests, and building communications using the Prism access system., • Act as the designated emergency contact for the building, providing timely communication and coordination as needed. Additional Skills and Attributes: • Excellent communication and presentation skills, paired with strong organizational abilities and a genuine, service-first mindset., • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to motivate, support, and positively influence others., • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the creativity and flexibility to adapt, improve, and innovate when needed., • Experience in event coordination, marketing, and/or office management is preferred., • Advanced proficiency with PC-based tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva., • A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service., • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and composure.
