You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field. * Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks. * Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems * Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project * Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project. * Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices. * Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities. * Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets * Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision * Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc. * Prepare monthly costing reports * Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client * The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. WHAT YOU BRING TO US: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline preferred. * PE license a plus * Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction. Job Description Medical Administrative Assistant Location – EL Paso, TX Essential Healthcare Solutions is seeking qualified Medical Administrative Assistants to join our growing team. We are looking for healthcare professionals to provide critical support to the healthcare team within the ICE Detention Facility. This role ensures the smooth operation of medical administrative functions, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of care. The assistant serves as a liaison between medical staff, detainees, and facility administration, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with federal standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Routine logistical support tasks such as receiving material and routing it to a responsible party., • Provides nursing assistant services within the CNA scope of practice to preserve the health and wellness of examinees and/or patients., • Coordinates and implements office services, interprets and communicates operating policies., • Analyzes Health unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, form control, office layout, and creates new systems or revises established procedures., • Locates and compiles information and formats reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information., • Assembles and categorizes facts and figures for written computation and calculations., • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, to manipulate and/or format data and/or reports., • Identifies “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel., • Reviews and answers correspondence, • Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports such as time and attendance, terminations, and budget expenditures, • Answers calls, schedules appointments, greets patients, and organizes files., • Updates and maintains patient charts, • Monitors radio communication and internet communication., • Assists with managing the day-to-day activities and prioritizing tasks., • Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specific level of knowledge about new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements., • Comply with all applicable Acuity standards and guidelines., • Operates a personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software., • Preparing administrative correspondence and reports as required., • Assist with patient care within the current scope of practice, as needed., • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the administration field. Some medical administration experience preferred., • Medical license of CNA, EMT, Paramedic, or Registered Nurse., • Certified In CPR/First Aid, • Experience working with unit operating practices, such as record-keeping systems, • Ability to work both independently and to work positively within a team environment, maintaining professionalism., • Proficiency with computers and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required., • Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities., • Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond promptly., • Ability to work well with senior management and across functions to achieve business objectives., • Self-starter who is action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency., • All Healthcare Providers and medical support staff must have a recent clinical experience in patient care for a least 6 months out of the past year., • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License., • Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write, and communicate in English. Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred, • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment., • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time., • Ability to ascend/descend stairs, • Visual acuity is required to complete paperwork and computer work., • Work is performed in a secure detention facility., • May require evening, weekend, or on-call hours., • Exposure to emotionally challenging situations. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: The Payroll Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division and/or specific departments as assigned. This position will provide general assistance to all levels of staff. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Run weekly or bi-weekly payroll for field and office staff, verifying hours, pay rates, and job codes. * Maintaining employee records, handling deductions and benefits, and preparing reports, often with tight deadlines. * Act as liaison between supervisor and others (i.e., departments, external contacts, vendors, clients, etc.). * Provide prompt and professional service to all internal and external clients. * Prepares and distributes internal communications and serves as a central clearing position for general information. * Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items: mail, overnight mail, packages, expense reports, checks, courier services, maintain office supplies, etc. * Performs filing, typing, data input and other clerical support to all other departments and personnel, as directed. * Answer inquiries and/or directs calls to appropriate staff, and takes messages, as necessary. * Coordinate and initiate meetings and travel arrangements for the Department.
