Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls, appointments set, show rate, etc.). Deliver excellent customer service that supports dealership reputation and retention. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, call center, or sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally. Basic knowledge of automotive sales is a plus but not required. Proficient with computers and CRM systems. Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are an advantage if applicable.
