Job Description Overview CTG is seeking to fill a Clinical & Revenue Applications Staff Position Programmer – Integration Services position for our client. Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Remote) Duration: 12 months Duties: * Develop, configure, and maintain healthcare interfaces for CAC/CDI, EHR, and billing systems. * Build HL7 v2.x, batch, and EDI-style integrations to support revenue cycle workflows. * Translate business and functional requirements into technical interface designs and mappings. * Troubleshoot interface failures, data mismatches, and performance issues. * Implement monitoring, logging, and QA/QC best practices. * Support go-live activities and post–go-live stabilization. * Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, clinical leadership, IT, Compliance, and vendors.
