Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while maintaining consistent service standards and product knowledge. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Manage scheduling, shift coverage, performance reviews, and ongoing team development. Sales & Customer Experience Drive store sales and exceed performance goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Permanent Jewelry Perform permanent jewelry welding with precision and confidence. Maintain the highest quality standards for all permanent jewelry services. Assist customers with welding services and customizations. Laser engraving experience is preferred. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more employees. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred. Permanent jewelry welding experience required. Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude.
