Job Description ENGLEWOOD ORTHOPEDIC ASSOCIATES JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Administration Title: Paid Internship – Healthcare Administration or Marketing (Per Diem) Location: Englewood Cliffs Supervision Received: Practice Administrator Position Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented students pursuing degrees in Healthcare Administration and Marketing to join our team as paid interns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare operations and business strategy, especially as we prepare for upcoming expansion. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with data analytics and reporting to support decision-making, • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for growth and expansion, • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, • Help manage and organize operational workflows and administrative processes, • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, • Assist with patient engagement strategies and communication efforts, • Contribute to content creation, • Perform general support tasks across departments as needed Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with marketing tools is a plus, • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Schedule: • 8-hour shift
