Job Description This role is focused on building connections, driving new business, and supporting existing clients and referral sources. The Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies, expanding community outreach, and developing strong relationships that fuel growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Build and maintain strong relationships within the community through networking, outreach, and partnerships. * Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings to promote brand awareness and services. * Generate new business opportunities by developing connections with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations. * Assist with inbound leads, providing timely follow-up and supporting prospective clients through the decision-making process. * Support existing clients by ensuring a positive experience, maintaining regular communication, and addressing needs promptly. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client inquiries and referrals are handled efficiently. * Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth through outreach strategies and targeted campaigns. * Track and report on marketing and outreach activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Assist in creating and executing local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and brand-building efforts. * Maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. * Perform other outreach and marketing-related tasks as needed to support business development.
