Requirements: • 8+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in an aerospace development or production environment., • Strong understanding of DFM principles, configuration management, and manufacturing documentation (BOMs, routings, processes)., • Experience supporting both in house manufacturing and suppliers., • Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive resolution in a fast paced development environment., • Strong communication, cross functional collaboration, and technical problem solving skills., • Ability to travel approximately 30% to domestic and international sites.
