We’re looking for a Data Collection Assembler to play a critical role in building high-quality electromechanical systems—while capturing the data that powers continuous innovation. This is more than assembly—it’s data-driven craftsmanship. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be at the center of a next-generation production environment: • 🔧 Assemble electromechanical devices using detailed instructions, schematics, and precision tools, • 📊 Capture real-time data at every step using specialized equipment and digital workflows, • ✅ Ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of all build data, • 🔍 Identify defects, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities—and escalate them clearly, • 🤝 Collaborate closely with engineers to refine and improve assembly processes, • 🧰 Work with small components, wiring, connectors, and fasteners with precision and care, • 📋 Maintain strict adherence to quality systems, SOPs, and safety protocols, • 🧼 Keep a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation Required: • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on production environments, • Comfort with digital tools, structured workflows, and data entry, • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely, • Excellent fine motor skills and hand–eye coordination, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, • Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time, on-site work, • Capability to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours per shift, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion tasks, • Comfortable with bending, climbing, reaching, and working with tools continuously, • Willingness to wear required PPE (safety gear, respirators, etc.)Bonus Experience (Nice to Have), • Electromechanical or precision assembly (e.g., medical devices, drones, robotics), • Reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings, • Familiarity with quality systems (ISO, SOPs, documentation), • Background in detail-focused hobbies (gaming, model building, instruments, etc.), • Experience in light industrial or production environments 🤖 Cutting-Edge Work: Be part of a robotics-driven manufacturing operation from the ground up 🧠 Skill Development: Work side-by-side with engineers and gain hands-on technical experience 📈 Meaningful Impact: Your precision and data directly influence production quality and innovation 🤝 Team Culture: Collaborative, safety-first, and mission-driven environment Ready to Build Something That Matters? Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
