Job Details: • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, • Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104, • Job Type: Local contract / travel contract, • Contract Length: 12 weeks, with potential for conversion to a full-time position, • Pay Range: $33-$38/hour, • Provide comprehensive lactation consultation and support to patients and families in outpatient and clinical settings, • Assess, implement, and monitor breastfeeding and pumping interventions, • Educate patients and families on lactation techniques and human milk management, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in patient care rounds, • Document patient interactions and maintain records within the electronic health record (EHR), • Participate in staff education, training, and community outreach programs, • International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) – Required, • BLS-AHA required, • Must hold one of the following Pennsylvania licenses, • Registered Nurse (RN), • Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), • Occupational Therapist (OT), • Physical Therapist (PT), • Respiratory Therapist, • Osteopathic Respiratory Therapist, • Speech & Language Pathologist, • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field – Required, • Experience in NICU, Pediatrics, or critical care – Required, • Strong knowledge of lactation practices in neonatal and pediatric populations, • Excellent communication, education, and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Equal Employment Opportunity Pride-Health is an equal opportunity employer.
