Job DescriptionR&D Lab Manager R&D Lab Manager Position Overview The R&D Lab Manager will oversee the research and development activities within the lab, focusing on creating innovative solutions and enhancing existing products. This role involves managing projects, leading a team of scientists, and ensuring all lab operations comply with safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the R&D lab team, providing guidance and support in daily operations., • Plan and execute research projects aimed at developing new ink formulations and improving existing products., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D objectives with business goals., • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment in the lab., • Monitor and evaluate the progress of R&D projects, providing updates to stakeholders., • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field., • Proven experience in R&D management, preferably in the chemical industry., • Strong knowledge of ink chemistry and formulation processes., • Excellent leadership and project management skills. • Medical Dental and Vision, • 401k, • PTO, • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
