    Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, possess strong food handling skills, and be comfortable working in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary and retail experience while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior experience in food preparation, POS systems, and restaurant operations is highly desirable. This position requires a NYC Food Handlers Duties • Prepare and serve food items & coffee drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, • Operate POS systems (Toast), • Assist customers with ordering, upselling menu items, and providing exceptional customer service, • Handle food safely by following sanitation and food safety protocols, • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through bussing and sanitation tasks, • Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations, • Support team members in food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations, • Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures, • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Qualifications • Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred, • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus, • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy, • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively, • Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous
