This position offers hands-on responsibility operating a straight tanker truck, loading and unloading with specialized equipment, and working in a safety-first environment where your expertise truly makes an impact. Summary: The CDL B Driver is responsible for safely operating a straight tanker truck to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role includes loading and unloading via a pumping system or drum handcart, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. A valid CDL B license with Tanker Endorsement is required. • $24.75/hour + safety incentives/bonus, • Paid weekly every Thursday, • Health, dental, and vision insurance packages, • 8 paid holidays & generous time off accruals (no waiting period), • 401k w/ employer match (no waiting period), • Company paid STD, and life insurance, • Company sponsored events and supportive family-owned culture, • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in proper working order., • Maintain accurate driver logs, service records, and inspection documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations., • Obtain necessary receipts, customer signatures, and payments when required., • Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions, following crew signals and ensuring safe equipment positioning., • Report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages promptly., • Complete daily loading and fueling procedures at the end of each shift., • Adhere to company safety and health policies, OSHA guidelines, and all applicable state and federal regulations., • Recognize workplace hazards and take appropriate safeguards., • Wear required PPE and maintain a professional appearance., • Report all incidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately., • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, safety investigations, and corrective action processes., • Other duties assigned by management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed: • The capability of maneuvering a fifty-five (55) gallon drum of product from the truck to the customer’s desired location, with a drum cart and the approximate weight being between 300 – 600 pounds., • Ability to pump out product from client location to tank truck, • The ability to climb in and out of a trailer numerous time a day., • High school diploma/GED (required), • Tanker endorsement (required), • One (1) to three (3) years verifiable related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required), • Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B or A, including current medical card, and equipment certifications as by State and/or Federal regulations.
