The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment in the profit center and/or customer locations. Responsible for installation of equipment for customer accounts and is responsible for diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and takes corrective action. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the overall facilities maintenance under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent or Building Superintendent. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The position requires performance in a wide range of areas to the buildings, grounds, and equipment.
