Job Description Staffing Inc is partnered with a client in Charlotte, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for Industrial Maintenance Technicians who are ready to start as soon as possible! The ideal candidate will be able to complete a drug screen and background check, and more. Benefits: • Competitive pay - based on experience, • Benefits when hired into company, • 10 hour shifts, • Overtime when needed, • Learning and growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Monitor, maintain, and perform standard repairs and maintenance on production equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, hydraulics, process pumps, boilers, chillers, and other assigned general maintenance duties., • Assess and resolve a wide range of on-site maintenance issues., • Perform preventative maintenance on company-owned tools and equipment., • Read, interpret, and implement work orders., • Acquire the necessary materials to complete repair and work orders., • Document equipment requirements and maintain appropriate records of work performed., • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: • GED/Diploma required, • Work outside of normal shift times, • Read / write / speak English, • Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts, • Lifting up to 75 pounds on occasion, • Pass a background test and drug screen Staffing Inc. - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
