Salary: $40,040 annually, $22/hr., Full-Time Driver's License Required Position Summary Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the building and inspection of the building for maintenance issues, clean all common areas. Work with the residents on ADL skills, such as room maintenance, cleaning and laundry. Communicate residents’ ADL needs to the primary counselor and case manager.
